Today, the St. Marys High School Concert Band was recognized for their rating of 1 "Superior" at the 2022 Festival for Evaluation and Assessment. Congratulations to these students!
Please be advised: on Friday April 8th SMHS will be holding a mock crash as part of Prom Promise. All EMS services will be involved in the mock accident. The event will be held in the back parking lot of SMHS from 9:00-11:00AM.
The SMHS Local School Improvement Council (LSIC) will hold its annual Town Hall open meeting on Thursday, April 21st at 4:00p.m. The meeting will be held in the SMHS library and is open to all parents and community members. We will be discussing the academic progress of SMHS this school year.
Following the Town Hall meeting, we will hold a family engagement activity focusing on showcasing our academic opportunities for advanced achievement. We will hold a student panel discussing academic honor societies, advanced placement courses and early college opportunities at SMHS. We will also be handing out popular books to our students and family members in attendance to increase literacy opportunities for the summer! Come to the meeting to find out how to be a part of these prestigious academic groups!

Congratulations Coach Ed Wilson on his 500th win this evening! (March 22, 2022.) Coach Wilson is the head baseball coach for St. Marys High School.
This is a reminder that all Juniors at SMHS will be taking the SAT tomorrow, March 23. All Juniors should arrive early or on time to begin testing. Students should be well-rested and eat a good breakfast to be ready to do their best on the test!
