There will be a mandatory meeting for all coaches in Pleasants County Schools. This includes all PCMS and SMHS Head, Assistant, and Authorized/ Non-Paid Coaches for all seasons and all activities. Two sessions will be offered (You only need to attend one of the two sessions.) Thursday, August 1, 2024, 1 PM OR 5 PM. RSVP by July 19 to Tamara Meeks- tmeeks@k12.wv.us or 304-684-7099. Let her know if you will attend the 1 PM or 5 PM session. Location: St. Marys High School Auditorium.All coaching paperwork, CPR Paperwork, and contracts should be turned in during this meeting, if they were not already turned in at the Central Office. A copy of a flyer containing this information will be mailed with all coaching contracts.
Prospective OR potential authorized/non-paid coaches need to attend this meeting if they are considering serving as a authorized/ non-paid coach in FY25 (2024-2025 school year.)
