Smith Candies made a delicious and beautiful treat to celebrate all students on their success in the 3rd 9 Weeks! Thank you to the PCMS PTO for sponsoring the snacks!


Huge thank you to Mary Snyder from the WVU Extension Service in Pleasants County for collaborating in a 9 session program with PCMS on Career Readiness. Students learned about career options, setting goals, creating a vision board, job shadowing, soft skills, job applications, how to build a resume, how to dress for an interview, and interview techniques. Students each participated in a mock interview with an interviewer to test their skills and to provide tips for improvement.




Announcing our County Winners for the 2025 Young Writers Contest!
They will be honored in May in Charleston with a formal celebration.


Diorama (model) project option: 6th and 8th grade ELA students created depictions of scenes or settings from their independent reading books. They were allowed to use any materials available to them and then had to explain how the model was related to the book to their teacher.









PCMS Rescheduled Spring Picture Day is Wednesday, March 19th.
