Belmont Elementary- is a Tier II Progressive Site with WVU-Pakersburg’s Education Division.  Services include student observers, teachers in residency, additional support staff for after-school tutoring, WVU-P Staff participation in the BES Local School Improvement Council, On-site academic events for BES Students at WVU-P, and the provision of professional development for the BES Staff to enhance and improve instructional practices for students.
